西安郵電大學(xué)簡介
西安郵電大學(xué)坐落于歷史文化名城西安的南郊文化區(qū)，是一所以工為主，以信息科學(xué)技術(shù)為特色，工、管、理、經(jīng)、文、法、藝多學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的普通高等學(xué)校，是國家在西北地區(qū)布局的唯一一所郵電通信類高等學(xué)校、教育部“卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計劃”實施高校、中國人民解放軍后備軍官選拔培養(yǎng)基地。
學(xué)校占地1500余畝，校舍面積73余萬平方米，儀器設(shè)備總值2.84億元，圖書館藏書近167余萬冊。現(xiàn)有全日制在校生18000余人。設(shè)有通信與信息工程學(xué)院（人工智能學(xué)院）、電子工程學(xué)院、計算機(jī)學(xué)院、自動化學(xué)院、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全學(xué)院、經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院、現(xiàn)代郵政學(xué)院、理學(xué)院、馬克思主義學(xué)院、人文與外國語學(xué)院、數(shù)字藝術(shù)學(xué)院、國際教育學(xué)院等教學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)。現(xiàn)有教職員工1600余人。
雄厚的師資力量、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)闹螌W(xué)態(tài)度和高質(zhì)量的教學(xué)水平，使得學(xué)校的教育質(zhì)量歷來受到社會的好評。自建校以來，共為國家培養(yǎng)了10萬多名各類高級人才，畢業(yè)生大多在通信運(yùn)營企業(yè)、通信制造企業(yè)或各行業(yè)信息化崗位發(fā)揮著重要的作用，不少人已成為所在單位的業(yè)務(wù)骨干，一些人還走上了重要的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位。西郵--這所許許多多學(xué)生夢寐以求的高等學(xué)府正以它在IT技術(shù)和其它學(xué)科方面的絕對優(yōu)勢，吸引著眾多企盼在通信、電子信息領(lǐng)域一展宏圖的海內(nèi)外學(xué)子。
學(xué)校非常重視與國外的交流與合作，先后與歐美、亞太地區(qū)的40多個國家的著名高校建立了合作關(guān)系，開展合作科研，聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)研究生，互邀講學(xué)訪問等活動。每年有來自亞太地區(qū)、東盟國家、美國、德國等國家和地區(qū)的留學(xué)生來校學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)課程和中國文化。

Profile of Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications
Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT) was located in Xi'an city, one of the world's four great ancient capitals – home to the world-famous Terracotta Army. After many years’ development, the university has now owned two campuses with the original Yanta campus adjacent to Dayan Pagoda and its new campus facing the Zhongnan Mountains. With the beautiful surroundings, rich cultural atmosphere and comprehensive facilities, XUPT is the best choice to study while being immersed in typical Chinese culture.
XUPT has now become an engineering-based university featuring information and science technology, which jointly develops with management science, economics, humanities, legal science and art. It was the only higher education institute in northwest China established by the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPT) and is now one of the universities that possess “Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers” which was given by the Ministry of Education. XUPT is the also only university in northwestern China that undertakes the training programs for Asian Pacific Telecommunications (APT) and is a People's Liberation Army (PLA) reserve offices' training school. With the authorization to grant Bachelors and Masters Degrees by the government, XUPT is one of the universities enjoying the right to enroll international students who want to study in China.
During its 60-year development, XUPT has become an important base for high technology research and high technology talent training in electronic and telecommunications fields, forming multi-level education programs for undergraduate and graduate studies. There are more than 18,000 full time students in the university.
With a proud tradition of excellence in teaching and research, XUPT has a faculty consisting of academicians and a team of eminent professors and researchers. This has helped the university earn a great reputation throughout society. Ever since its establishment, XUPT has fostered over 100,000 high-grade graduates in all fields, most of whom work in communication enterprises, communication manufacturing enterprises, and information-related positions. Many of them have already become backbones of the business while some have reached important leadership positions.
With superiority in IT and other majors XUPT attracts those students who want to be successful in the electronics and information fields. It is also an ideal school for lots of students at home and abroad.
XUPT has been actively involved with international academic exchanges and cooperation, having established cooperative relations with prestigious colleges and universities in over 40 countries in Europe, United States and Asia-pacific area. XUPT is also involved in joint research programs, cooperative training of graduates, along with other academic and scholarly exchanges. Every year the school enrolls overseas students from Asia-Pacific area, ASEAN countries, America, Germany and other countries to study specialist areas and Chinese. The university also offers scholarships for international students who come to study in the university.

學(xué)習(xí)方式
分為與中國學(xué)生同班(全中文授課)、單獨(dú)開班(全英文授課)。
1. 與中國學(xué)生同班：漢語水平達(dá)到（HSK）四級及以上。
2. 單獨(dú)開班：申請同一學(xué)期同一專業(yè)外國學(xué)生，單獨(dú)開班，全英文授課。
Pattern of Study
International students can choose to study in classes with Chinese students taught in Chinese, and a separated class taught in English.
1. Classes with Chinese students: The taught language is Chinese. The Chinese Proficiency should pass HSK Band 4.
2. Separated Class taught in English: If students apply for the same specialty at the same term taught in English, a separated class may be offered.
申請辦法
1. 將《西安郵電大學(xué)外國留學(xué)生入學(xué)申請表》及相關(guān)材料發(fā)送電子郵件至 International_office@xupt.edu.cn
2. 申請時間：截止每年6月15日
3. 經(jīng)西安郵電大學(xué)審核同意后，通過郵件向申請人確認(rèn)，隨后寄發(fā)錄取通知書。

招收的來華留學(xué)生本科生和研究生學(xué)費(fèi)按照陜西省物價局公布的中方學(xué)生學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收取。
2. 獎學(xué)金
凡是被錄取的學(xué)生，成績優(yōu)秀的新生可獲得相應(yīng)比例的獎學(xué)金。
3. 注冊費(fèi)
注冊費(fèi)800元人民幣。

住宿條件
生活條件：
學(xué)校設(shè)有醫(yī)院、郵件收發(fā)室、小型超市、洗衣等服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，校園內(nèi)有ATM機(jī)。有中餐、快餐、風(fēng)味餐、糕點(diǎn)房等不同風(fēng)味的學(xué)生餐廳。校園內(nèi)各類體育設(shè)施齊全，有籃球、排球、網(wǎng)球、足球等運(yùn)動場所。
校內(nèi)住宿：
單人間為兩人合住一間，房間配書桌、衣柜等。
Accommodation
Living conditions on campus:
Life in the campus is very convenient with post office, mini-supermarket, barbershop, hospital land ATM. The 2 school cafeterias and dining halls provides different favored food, as Chinese food, fast food, local-featured favored food, cake product etc.
The physical education facilities are also well-equipped. There are basketball, volleyball, tennis, and football playground.
Live in the International Students Dormitory on campus:
2 persons a room. The bedrooms are equipped with 2 mattresses, desks and wardrobes.
醫(yī)療保險
中國政府要求來華留學(xué)生在中國學(xué)習(xí)期間必須購買保險。留學(xué)生可購買由中國保險公司提供的醫(yī)療保險。不按規(guī)定購買醫(yī)療保險，學(xué)校將不予辦理報到注冊手續(xù)。
Medical Insurance
The Ministry of Education of China requests that each foreign student studying in China should have to buy health insurance, otherwise failure to register.
注意事項
為保證安全、順利、愉快地完成在西安郵電大學(xué)的留學(xué)任務(wù)，留學(xué)生在留學(xué)期間，嚴(yán)格遵守以下規(guī)定：
遵守中國的法律、法規(guī)及西安郵電大學(xué)的規(guī)章制度和紀(jì)律，尊重中國的社會公德和風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣；
在中國境內(nèi)進(jìn)行宗教活動時，遵守《中華人民共和國境內(nèi)外國人宗教活動的管理規(guī)定》，學(xué)校不提供舉行宗教活動的場所；
不從事任何形式的有償全職和兼職工作或其他經(jīng)營性活動；

In order to ensure safe, smooth and happily study in Xi 'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, student will strictly observe the following rules：
